Unit 6 Presentation
What can I say about the course of INCO 3025. I just loved it and specially the person who gave me the class. I think that there’s nothing you need to change in the course. You gave us homeworks, oral presentations, motivated us to participate in class, to lose our fear to speak in english, and gave us a little taste of how the professional world is. Thanks for everything.

Client: Yes my printer is practically new and it
has broken down four times.
Client: Thank you very much, see you on Monday.
Technician: You’re Welcome, have a nice day.
Client: Yes,
I was calling because I purchased a printer three months ago and it’s the
fourth time that has broken down.
Receptionist: OK. I’m going to transfer your call to the technician so he can help you.

Client: Thank
you.
Technician: Good morning, how can I help you?
Technician: OK. Bring the printer on Monday with the
receipt and I see if I can repair it if not, I’ll replace it with a new one.
Client: Thank you very much, see you on Monday.
Technician: You’re Welcome, have a nice day.
Introduction
My name is Karla Soto and I'm ninetheen years old. I was born on the Pavia Hospital in Santurce, Puerto Rico. I have two wonderdful parents who are Dianne Villanueva and Carlos Soto. My mom is a US Postal Worker and my dad is a Taxi Driver. I have two sisters and a brother who are named Keila, Stephanie and Carlos. I was raised by my mother and grandmother, and they are my world. I love my family, they are everything for me. I like to go out with my friends, share with my family, meet new people, hear music, and learn and experience new things
