Unit 7 Other Activities

Unit 6 Presentation

What can I say about the course of INCO 3025. I just loved it and specially the person who gave me the class. I think that there’s nothing you need to change in the course. You gave us homeworks, oral presentations, motivated us to participate in class, to lose our fear to speak in english, and gave us a little taste of how the professional world is. Thanks for everything.

Client:                 Yes, I was calling because I purchased a printer three months ago and it’s the fourth time that has broken down.

Receptionist:     OK. I’m going to transfer your call to the technician so he can help you.

Client: Thank you.

Technician:         Good morning, how can I help you?

Client:                   Yes my printer is practically new and it has broken down four times.

Technician:         OK. Bring the printer on Monday with the receipt and I see if I can repair it if not, I’ll replace it with a new one.
